ICPS 2007 Accommodation

Accommodation
Accommodation

Accommodation for delegates attending ICPS-07 will be located at The Generator Youth Hostel, which is located in Russell Square in the heart of London and approximately 5 minutes walk from the conference venue at UCL. Rooms will be shared between 4 delegates and will be allocated in male/female only groups. While staying at The Generator, delegates can choose to partake of its many facilities, which includes a bar, entertainment rooms and internet access (more details can be found at The Generator web-site).

Delegates that wish to share with each other should specify at the time of registration by naming the individual(s) they wish to share with in the “special requirements” field. Alternatively, you can nominate room sharers after registering by e-mailing icps2007support@iop.org. Please note that we will be unable to process any requests for sharing unless all sharers specifically request to do so. That means that both you and your intended room-mates will need to e-mail us individually to let us know that you wish to share together.

Delegates who do not nominate a particular room-mate will be allocated a room with other ICPS-07 delegates of the same gender.

The Generator House Rules
